The Moto X 2014 feels so great in the hand that I don't want to use a case.. but it's also kind of slippery too.

I have one case that covers up the bamboo back that retains the same shape and design so it feels good... then I have the bumper case that lets you feel the back but it takes away the design and feel.

I always switch back and forth between cases. I just know the first day I decide to use it without a case, I'm dropping it. I've only dropped it a couple of times with the case.

I know that feel feel bro. I have the nearly identical nexus 6. Took of my case and been using it naked at work today. I get to feel how thin the phone is and appreciate it more

It's really a great curved design.. with that it feels so much smaller in the hand. That's why I'm not THAT concerned with the size increase with the new Moto X, if they keep the design elements the same, it shouldn't feel too big. Still would have preferred a smaller increase but oh well.

Is your phone paid off? If you aren't on an EIP, you could but u have to weigh the costs and rewards. If they don't pay their portion of the bill, you'll have to put the whole thing up front to keep your phone on. Might be better to just increase your plan in the long run.

100% agree with this, was looking to get my first note and they ruined it. Moto X it is.
