I think I'm going to just get my wife the Moto X Pure and get me the Nexus 6P. I really don't need the sd slot as I don't keep that much stuff on my phone anyway, the 32gb is enough for updates and some files. Hopefully I can get a good deal around the holidays

Nexus 6P for me, was leaning towards the moto x because of the SD slot, but 32GB is more than enough and stock Android

Still going to wait on a mkhb review. Between that and the Moto X Pure.

Same predicament for me. Moto X Pure was a sure bet until now. I am going to give myself a bit of time to think about it. Might even buy the Moto X through Best Buy to try it for 15 days and if I don't like it, I'll just bring it back.
You could do that straight from moto maker, no restocking fee IIRC. 14 days hassle free, 30 days if you live in CA

Good to know, I wanted a Black/Dark grey with red camera area/speaker grill. Might buy it from Best Buy to play around with it, than return it to once I get the moto maker one shipped. Saw alot of negative comments about the wait time though which is why I'm favoring just settling on the Black and Grey one from Best Buy.
