Hadnt seen any info on these or anyone that copped. They look sick to me and I wanted to share some info and see if anyone has grabbed a pair!
The upcoming Nike Trainer 1.2 was previewed during the Sneaker News coverage of the Nike Athletic Training Footwear Preview, and a continued thorough look at the Trainer 1.2 revealed a Flywire upper, evident on the majority of Nike’s performance footwear line-up. However this new version of the Trainer 1.2 features the super-breathable ‘Fuse’ upper seen on the Nike Hyperfuse basketball shoe and almost appears like the Nike Hyperfuse Low. But unlike the 1.2 Mid, the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid Fuse does not feature an in-step strap but does house a 180-degree Air Unit with the same Free-grooved outsole. Check out these two new colorways headed for a Fall 2010 release; we can expect a black/varsity red combo and a sleek varsity red and grey but more should be on the way.

Copped the turquoise pair at NikeTown today. I think they'll probably end up at outlets, but I had to have these they grew on me too long. They look 10x better in person, the dark silver/neon pair is especially hot the way they did the colors.

Probably one of the comfiest Nikes I've ever worn, the midsole's cushion is insane. Run a little small, I'd go up a half size.

I copped the first pair (blk/gry/neon). Like'em a lot. Planning on grabbing the blue joints. Like homie said though, they're prolly outlet bound unfortunately.

For those of you that own both, can you give a brief comparison between these and the Trainer 1.2s? It would seem that these are more comfortable and cushiony for lack of a better term, but most of us seem to "prefer" the aesthetics of the 1.2 over the trainer fuse 1.2.  Personally I don't care for how these look so long in the front- almost clown-shoe like and somewhat disproportionate if that make sense.  Perhaps they look better in person.  Any kind of review/comparison would be greatly appreciated.

About how long they look...I rock a 13 and am only 6' so I'm usually worried about what I'm copping and how big they'll look. These actually look fine on me and not too big. The only thing that stands out is the vibrant color, length is fine though.

I know exactly what you mean, as I felt the same way.  Though I must admit, the shape does look better in-person (not as "Chuckles").  My issue is still with the mesh-like Fuse aesthetics.  The comfort is there though IMO.
I also prefer the look of a white/lighter colored midsole...
