Clean. Doesnt look 8 yrs old at all

Nice pickup if u got someone to do the labor on the lot

Thanks. This car is VERY clean. My buddy has an 08' E350 with less mileage and my car even drives much newer than his does. I can say that mine came really taken care of from the previous owner. Owning a Benz is known to have high maintenance cost and stepping up to an "AMG" line is even more so I purchased an extended warranty (very costly) so I am covered. For the next 2 years at least from any problems.

da benz would look dope on some black rims that have alot of spokes or some black rims with a red lip

I can see it looking good on black rims but is just not my cup of tea. I like the more classic machined/aluminum face with polished lip look and definately a staggered setup. Factory comes with 18" but I'm still deciding if my upgrade should be 19"s or 20"s. I'm thinking of getting Varsstoen ES1's 9x20f and 10x20r.

:x  at the thought of a red lip on a Benz. Come on, son.

Hahaha!!! I've seen a lot of people with nice cars but wack @ss rims but to each their own. If the owner is happy, then good. At any rate, rims also don't have to cost that much. Many newer style inexpensive rims that look really good nowadays. You just gotta have the eye for the right one for your car.

Looks a bit tacky on that Mercedes. Some cars can pull it off nicely, but not the E55.

I agree.

thinking about throwing money and a supercharger on my c63. need to get a different car as a daily driver, but can't get myself to get an "ordinary" car anymore. i've been looking into the e55 since i think i can find one fairly cheap. how much did you end up paying for yours? what'd you have before this?

i'd probably sell my ducati though to offset some of the costs, but i'm not sure if i want to do that or not. gonna have to figure out if i'd rather have a regular DD and a bike or just a nicer DD.

So you already got a C63 and you are considering an E55 as a daily? I mean if you can afford it, why not? The only thing is I feel you got them backwards bro. An E55 should be the weekend cruiser and the C63 should be your daily as the cost on an E55 specific maintenance is more costly. I know that your C63 cost more than my E55 but that does not change the maintenance cost of these cars. Back to the point and to answer your question, The starting price of my E55 was 30k. I worked it down 23.5k + 4.4k for extended warranty (worked it down from 6.5k).

February 2012, I bought a 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT8. Six months later, found out it had a bad motor so instead of doing repairs, I traded it in for a 2008 Chrysler 300 SRT8. Although I've enjoyed
the 6.1 Litre Hemi, I've always wanted the E55 AMG. It isn't easy to find one that is clean and low/lower mileage so when this one popped up, I jumped on it.

i'm not really worried about maintenance cost...more so worried about preserving the "6.3" engine since everyone is downsizing moving forward. i'd get a 55 just to beat the hell out of daily while just making the 63 an absolute monster that i'd drive sparingly.

i just can't decide if i wanna keep the bike or not. if i keep it, i'll just suck it up and get a regular car for a dd, but i don't know how i'd feel about having 2 cars AND a bike. i'll see if i even ride at all once it starts to warm up a bit more and figure it out then.

I see what you're trying to do. I have 2 cars as well. I have DD Corolla for work and my E55 for my weekend cruiser. I actually considered highly to buy a C63 but that is if I wasn't able to find a good, clean E55. I've always like the E55 since it came out in 03' but it was not affordable to me at all at the time so it was out of the question. The biggest factor why I did get an E55 is because it's a little bit larger and that torque is just crazy!! I won't be hammering on the pedal often but its all there under my right foot when I need it. Good luck with your decision bro. Sounds like that C63 is going to be a monster!!!

Didn't you post this on Reddit?
Huh? I don't even know what that is fam.

is that you in your avy?
Nah my avy is from the news story they did down here when the concords dropped. Just thought it was a funny clip.

I haven't posted in here in a while and I don't know how I missed the damn near 5 page ongoing SRT/Mopar convo awhile back. Didn't even know we had that many Mopar heads on here. I gotta follow the threads I post in better

On another note, I need some exhaust help. I don't feel like my girl growls like an SRT should and want to get some work done. Nothing TOO loud but definitely want that nice roar on start up and deep rumble when on the gas. I want very minimal cabin noise though. What setup will get me closest to this? Flows are nice but are a little too loud for my liking and Corsa is too throaty. I've heard good things about Borla and I've also heard that I should just keep my stock setup and have the resonators cut out. Been told to get electric cutouts as well. So at this point I don't know what route to go. I'm actually on the fence tho because I kinda like the stock sound and the fact that it isn't obnoxiously loud, but anytime I see a new GT or ZL1 and hear their stock pipes I get jealous. >:

Help me out! Oh and that Rolls is just filthy :x

My car was recently totaled due to a reckless driver running a red light. I was given $11,600 for my car (2006 Honda Civic). Looking to purchase a used car, thinking about a TL-S. Any other recommendations.

that much for a civic!! i have an 05 that could use some totaling then :/

if you can go from a civic to a TL-S (with decently low miles) with that kind of money, you sir get props :pimp: thats a stupid come up.

If it's black and a wingless coupe you can give me your trunk lid and tail lights.

or

If its a sedan or coupe you can give me the front fenders bumper headlights and hood so I can do my 03-05 conversion.

I was quite surprised how much I got for the car as well. I had approximately 95,000 miles on it.

I know for sure I will not find a TL-S for that range, I was going to pay the difference. However, my eye is starting to grow on the 2009 TSX in white. I am leaning towards the TSX at the moment.

Here's the pic of the wreck.

the 55's are beastly as is. tuning is a lot easier than a 63. if i could find a decent priced SL55, i'd jump on that no hesitations, but seems like all the decent ones are $30k+.

has to be. dude got the money, why settle for less.
