\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

Just got this yesterday . I know how NT loves da Hemi but I'm more of JDM guy. Tint getting put on this afternoon;

My dream car that is affordable and realistic. Real nice! I know you probably got a ton of plans for it already.

Anyone own a late 90s/early 2000s Lexus? My Camry is a beast and I said I might as well get one of those cash. Hear alot of good things about the LS but idk if I wanna spend tht much on gas so I`d prob hold the ES and GS at a higher priority.

Exactly how I feel, just a little bit more on insurance then other cars. The previous owner put some other parts on it that are good quality but I am already feeling the need to add more

I want it to put some serious power down one day.

I wish the JDM thread here was actually active. Those are the only cars I really care about, and I know I'll probably catch some flak for it but whatever.

Anyway, nice pickup :smokin I was looking at one of these earlier but didn't have a time to test drive it. How do you like it? I'm pretty set on having a Subaru by the time next winter comes around.

old 90s/early 2000s ES is just a luxury Camry

literally. if you wanna buy one cash and run it up to 300k like your current 97 camry go head but youre still gonna have to deal with road bumps here an their an be sweatin bullets go to grad school classes some days worryin about when they car gonna act up or not.

My Camry hasn't given me issues though most majory stuff I've done on it besides a tune up and oil changes in the 3 years I had it was get a new axle and replace all the brakes. I'm not sure if you're suggesting me Cop a new car or what. My thing is I don't want another bill when I'm paying student loans and stuff which is making the the money I could out in a rainy day fund smaller. Starting may I was gonna start paying my self a 400 dollar "car note" have it go auto into savings so the day the Camry God forbid craps out and the repair cost is not worth it i can just buy something cash. In a year I'd have almost or over 5k and for 5-8k I don't think there is a better car than the Lexus, for that price a mid 2000s Honda would have too many miles.

Gotta get a ****** rebuild so ill be outta commision for a month or 2

Damn, what you do? Looks like you are not using insurance on this one?

Taxi Turned Into Oncoming Traffic aka Me, head on collision. Taxi at fault. Geico is paying for all repairs, TOTAL COST OF REPAIRS $ 7251.74

I just want to get the color changed to Black or Matte Black instead of leaving it Red. Since it wasn't totaled out, I want the feeling of "a new car" lol

Once a car is in an accident, it's never the same

regardless of repairs

:frown:

Cooling fans stopped working. Switched the relays and that didnt work so its the unit itself

Gotta love that american reliability :smokin
