I dont get Infiniti, the last gen G37 sedan was tagged the G35/G37/Q40. :lol: I know they wanna change it from G's to Q's but cmon. The current Q60 shoudve just stayed as the G37. Now the new one is probably be also called a Q60.

They had to change it per royalty laws. The guy who designed the G left the company. To avoid the royalty fees, they had to change the cars to Q.

That doesn't make sense. Cars are designed by a team of engineers not by an individual. Any patents for designs would be owned by the corporation. The name change was the idea of the then new CEO who came from Audi.

They changed the name from G to Q at the redesign... But they decided to keep building and selling the old model because it sold so well :lol:... So they renamed it the Q40 to keep continuity with other models...

Engineers make the cars technical parts work efficiently as possible

Technicians maintain said technical parts

Mazda's whole line ups design language is up there right now.

And I know nobody in here cares, but if they drop a new Speed 3 with AWD, it can be a real contender as well. Never mind the new RX-9 or whatever.

IMO the first gen hatch looked loads better, especially the MS3.
 
I never liked the first gen :lol:... Wasn't bad, just blah... Really liked the second gen, even the giant smile on it grew on me... I'd have sex with this third gen :lol:...
 
Gentlemen, after killing my feet in a soccer game last week I drove home in just socks, and it felt amazing. I've been driving in only socks ever since and I don't think I can go back to driving with shoes. Probably not the safest thing to do but the comfort is incredible
