\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

This is why dudes go in on yall.

You claim that people don't know cars simply because they dont share your opinion.
fam anyone saying that an e92 m3 with all the options available for 31k , 9 months ago ....is a bad deal.....doesnt know about M cars atleast.

im sure you can find tons of private sellers but i didnt have 25-30k cash , had to finance

Even if I were a multi millionaire I don't think I'd buy new. I'm not down with that instant depreciation. I'll let someone else take that hit and buy the car with < 2k miles on it.

Just like the SLS we sold yesterday. Sold for 170k with 1,700 miles. Sticker price was 225k
bucketlist car lol

I think people are saying it's a bad deal because there are better performing and newer cars at that price point.

First off no one goes "in" on me, you and I will never see eye to eye no matter what, you don't like BMWs or imports for that matter so you'll always throw shade on them. I even tried to be nice to you and complimented your car and neighborhood but hey cant get along with everybody so its whatever.

Second, if you read my post I said people outside of this thread don't know anything about cars, which is true because to 99% of NTers they only care about how new and fresh a car is or if their favorite rapper talks about it. Anyone that knows cars respects a M from any gen, just like the same with a Shelby or a Vette.

No they aren't, you really don't pay attention. The majority of people are talking **** because they are just look at the year and miles of the car, thats it.

Besides a new 5.0 what new car can you get for less than $35k thats a better total package? and I mean total package as in performance, interior styling, sound everything, not just something faster in a straight line.

QFE / QFT

It's always good to buy right after that instant depreciation hit, with cars notorious for depreciation.

And strictly speaking off of my buying methods/criteria, I always search for the absolutely lowest mileage vehicle I can find. I'm flexible with the price if it's a good buy, but I'm not flexible with miles at all on used vehicles.

Snap me to don't care if the seller says it's only highway miles (they always say that). Got mine at 40800 was well happy with that.

There are multiple cars that are as fast in a straight and around a track.

Styling is a extraordinarily subjective thing.

The style of that car appeals to you so you are going to think it's better no matter what.

Yet you name nothing specific.... dude just stop being so salty and admit an E9X M is tough to beat for the price over all. The new GT and a Z06 are good choices for better performance but thats about it.

Yup, I bought my DB9 for roughly half of its sticker price.

Low 20k miles, 2008, back in 2013. Whoever purchased that thing brand new lost around $115K, which isn't necessarily chump change.

Definitely not chump change lol, I'm shocked most people on here have exotic cars thought the thread would of been full of American cars. BMWs are more common than civics here, I've kinda gone offthem. I have a old 3 series though which I use as a run around car has held up well on 120,000 miles.
I think Mercedes stepped their game up hard, BMWS interior needs a change its been the same for ages.

If I had it like that all my cars would be old

Might pull up in a 50' fleetline

Long as it's a two door with a v8 I'd drive it

Some older hot pockets are cool too

The convertible hemi cuss wasn't limited production

Just rarely order thus making them rare

Only 5 built . The white one also sold for around that 2 million range also

Wow. Im guessing thats with a big *** singe turbo setup? Link me if you can.

I'm very impressed by the performance of this engine. We have almost 100 dyno pulls and over half were well over 700whp and 6 over 800 not to mention I have nearly 1000 miles on this setup in the last week and a half of over 800whp with numerous 3rd and 4th gear pulls. This engine will handle 900whp+ I have no doubt. Just crazy considering it's an aluminum open deck block not to mention bone stock internals.

Yeah 100% streetable. In fact I have already taken a 6hr road trip in it averaging 23mpg on e85. Raced all weekend and then drove it back home. In fact, aside from the clutch being on the grabby side I would say it's a perfect street car.

My boys just got done with a 335i single turbo kit. i think they made a little over 700whp

Now time to make it 4WD, must wheel spin like a mother. Good mpg for such a fast car though.

Thats awesome, I need to do more research on the N54. Is it a hard (expensive) swap fro TT to single?

@Picasso Swerve
you might think this is all about you , but naw man , i actually respected you because of this thread but once you made that comment i had to do something . Lost all respect after that but we good , you have a place in my sig .

I personally have nothing against you, its the internet. I have my opinion and you have yours, and like others have said just because we (me, you, whoever) have different opinions doesnt make one better than the other. Whatever whoever drives or what they value in a car shoudnt matter either.

In any case, lets just drop it. You can have shotty in my Si and we can go back and forth on this topic in there...I get to drive the M after though. :smokin
