\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

new Dodges are reliable as hell. i havent heard of too many problems with the new charger, no bias either.

YOU GOT DA HEMI? Or da v6?

I`m in atlanta too much traffic to worry about the hemi and gas high, I love how spacious these joints are.

Not saying Im getting one but would be bad to buy one used? You got yours new or used?

Hemi brah

gas does suck  i was getting 17 before the snow fall but with less traction and tires spinning im at 14 right now.

if your gonna buy used hopefully your talking about the current gen. compared to the current, the old is so damn ugly :x :x :x i think you will be good, like i said earlier i havent heard of too many problems, i havent run into any. But with every car, once in awhile theres that one car that is built and has problem after problem after problem. sucks for that person, hopefully it doesnt happen to you

The Daytona says its only available in blue, black silver and white.  Plum crazy is a rumored color said to start production next month. ( I think that is what I read)
Its going to be my car but the family will ride with me every once in a while.
I didn't know a 93 tune would but me at 390 hp. is that wheel or crank hp? i was planning to use 93 anyways.

honestly I am leaning towards the r/t charger.  and maybe I can upgrade to a srt8 in a year or two!

Thanks for the input guys.

well for 93 you need the tune. i think it only takes unleaded and mid grade and with a tune depending on your state, 91-93.

its crank sadly, still a nice increase just off a gas. with simple mods you can push it even higher as stated.

im not sure if you drove one but its still a quick car for how big and heavy it is, you will be surprised, it handles well.

Idk why but I been looking at Mustangs and Chargers, I like em but I I drive around atlanta to see my girl and mom on weekends so that kills my tank, idk if I`m about that life. Right now I`m paying 45 to fill up my Camry every week/week and a half

ill be honest, the V6 isnt that bad man. its good on gas and still gets 300 hp. very very good engine and still get some power. you can read reviews and what not on the pentastar, good engine.

if gas is a problem then dont even bother with a V8. you will be filling up every week or even twice a week. ive been spending so much on gas as of late :smh:

he will get 19-20mpg in the city if he drives normal. maybe even more. thats not bad at all IMO

from the v6 you'll get decent mileage but nothing closer to the camry.
V6 also has decent power and pickup

I had a Chevy Lumina back in the day that was pretty decent on gas granted I was only driving from school and to work and I wasnt in the city. I drove the 07 Mustang in HS to prom and loved it, And the new chargers are very attractive. I just wouldnt want to get my self into something I cant handle. I know it wont be like filling up a hummer or nothing. Is it true the maintenance is dirt cheap for American Cars?

thats about what my camry gets now when I drive to work with all the stop lights, maybe closer to 22, when I`m driving on the interstate on weekends theres no traffic.

Yeah maintenence isnt too expensive. But I'm not sure if the chargers take synthetic oil because if they do then oil Changes will cost a Lil more than normal oil changes

well those numbers i guess were if you arent driving pedal to the metal

thats average, if you have a heavy foot expect a little less. If you drive like a grandma well expect 22+

still good on gas for a big and heavy car and decent power.

I usually accelerate then let the car move on its momentum if that makes sense, my girl hates it lol

normal oil for R/T and V6

SRT takes synthetic

i thought i'd never worry about gas, but my C63 averages like 11 mpg...worse than an SLS :smh:

not worried about the money really, but it's gotten to a point where i only fill up when my tank is absolutely empty, because i don't want to get out into the cold and have to stand there while i pump gas...yet i'm still filling up at least twice a week...and i don't even have a commute since i work from home

Got to drive that bad boy with a light foot. Bought my '84 Benz with a V8 and was worried about the gas, ended up treating it more like a cruiser and it doesn't hurt the wallet too much. Probably easier said than done when you've got a new sports car like the c63, though. The old time Benzes kind of carry a split personality, can be a badass beast when you want it to, or can just cruise in the slow lane in a well-made old car. If I had a new AMG model i'd probably end up romping on that gas pedal all day too.

it's gotten especially worse since i've just been using the paddle shifters when driving. i don't shift before like 4000 rpm and i'm gunning it all the time just because the exhaust sounds so much better in manual mode.

At the end of the day

Enjoying your whip>>>>>>>>>>> gas

What do you do for a living?

As Al said, "dude owns a Hedge Fund"

that 599 tho.... :x

that must have cost you a pretty penny. thing is beastly and beautiful :x :x :x :x :x :x :x

best ferrari IMO

Sticker was 349k or so but I bought it used. They are inexpensive used and with little miles. I paid 155k for 5k mile Top of the line F-car that uses the Enzo engine platform. Some may like the 458 better but this is a v12 slightly detuned Enzo engine! It is a beast. Drinks gas like water but then again so does the Porsche.

Crying at this! I know the feeling all too well. When gas is low on one car I simply drive the other till it runs out of gas . The cold right now ain't playing. Although, I do like those freak days in winter when I can drop my top and have my own personal jay-z moment... "Top down in the winter, that's what winners do"
