**Official 50 Cent Thread **Street King Immortal Final Album?**

:smh: 50 already had the streets with that mixtape, how you think he got signed because he had the tri state on lock

He said his buzz was organic meaning he wasnt forced to the masses like drake was

Lmao dude defend this ***** and post freestyles. We talking legit tracks. Budden use to hop on random beats and drop random punchlines and bars after bars. Hell any battle rapper out today can make a 300 bars and running. But can they make how we do? Hate it or love it? That's what separates dudes in this industry

but he was forced by the masses, having your record played over and over is being fed by the record labels approval. a underground artist doesn't get his records spun out of control like Wanksta & In Da Club

but that's industry junk, most dudes could make records and can't spit a hot freestyle for their lives. Game might not be the best songwriter but he's got bars for days. the way 50 dumbed his **** down makes me feel like he's had ghostwriters write for him. it's been rumored Lloyd Banks was a ghostwriter, and also wrote the hook to In Da Club.

So you got 98-99 confused with in da club

Obviously if he mentioned in da club he was referring to that time frame, i doubt he was funding 50s tour in 98-99 when no limit was already on fire

i doubt P funded a tour in 2002 when he was going thru finance troubles his damn self.

Now you know his pockets better than him

yea he had a buzz no1 is saying he didnt ijs Wanksta came out after he was signed thats why Vlad said oh he was already on Interscope when P said wanksta em has said many times that he caught wind of 50 based on the Guess Whos Back tape that was given to him thru 50 attorney at the time and I dont recall Wanksta being on that tape.

I've still yet to hear someone name some game material pre deal tho... Tapes? Albums? Good songs?

Wanksta was made after he got signed to Shady/Aftermath.  It was on the No Mercy, No Fear mixtape and was then released as a single and added to the 8 mile soundtrack.  50 had the streets on fire long before this though.  I believe it was How to Rob and Ghetto Qu'ran that really got people talking, for good and for bad.   The Guess Who's Back mixtape sealed the deal as far as him being the hottest artist on the streets and was what got him signed.

^^^ Exactly what I been sayin

I know, was just reiterating.  As far as Master P funding a tour, I am not sure about that claim.  I mean, I guess it was possible, just never heard of that outside of when P mentioned it himself in that interview.

Wanksta was done before he signed. 50 said that **** years ago. They heard it and liked it, Dre wanted to touch it up.

My man said Game sold 5 million out the gate on his own and it wasn't luck. Some of y'all got some tiny *** brains and it's sad to read this ****.

And I hope Game's lover is really from Compton. I hope you don't live in TX or FL or some **** just making stuff up. Dre had Game signed for a year or two and Dre said he could rap but his songs weren't complete and were ***. Jimmy said move him to G-Unit, which was the biggest group at that time. I don't even know the point of arguing but without 50, Game is getting dropped. That **** has been said by Jimmy and Dre before. That isn't news.

50 did a few shows in Louisiana before he was signed. 50 and P said that mad long ago. I don't know how accurate P is and how much he paid for.

Outside of his Change of Hearts appearance, I have never heard any pre G Unit Game material.  I am not sure any exists.  What I remember hearing is Game was a dude that could out rap anyone but couldn't make actual songs.  He was sitting stagnant on Aftermath so Iovine decided to hook him up with 50 and G-Unit as a way to generate a buzz, since they where the hottest thing in music at the moment.  This worked and Games stock skyrocketed, so they decided to let Game run with it and continue to cash in off the G Unit craze.  But Game still couldn't write hit songs, so as a way to repay Dre and Em, 50 gave him songs that he had intended to use for the Massacre.

Now, this is just what I gathered through different interviews and other media, so it may not all be true.  But it seems like the most likely scenario.

Was Wanksta actually released though.  I was just saying that 50 was hot long before that song came out.

I didn't see your post before I typed mine up, but yea, that's exactly how I remember the whole Game/G Unit situation.

Do the songs exist? Sure, doesn't mean we'll ever hear it. Think about every rap album that is made, there's anywhere from 40-140 songs recorded for the album. I doubt we'll ever hear and to me, it doesn't even matter.

Wanksta came out before the deal, it's out there. I had it on some old mixtape but it came out right when he was meeting with Dre and Em.
