The fact that there were politics surrounding this release shouldn’t dissuade fans from giving this free album a play. Never mind the fact that 50 Cent just dropped The Lost Tape(which, with the exception of one song, had all new material on it), or that he released The Big 10 at the end of last year. 50 keeps it moving and strikes quickly with 5 (Murder By Numbers), a free album that has the idea of a Curtis Jackson retail album sounding better and better.
There are only 10 tracks here, but the production is top-notch, as 50 secured Focus, Hit-Boy, Havoc, DJ Pain 1, and more to make this sound good on the surface. 50 also keeps things interesting throughout Murder by flipping his delivery and presentation. Whether he’s going back and forth with Hayes on “Business Mind

Good lord, 50's dropped some bricks for awhile now, but damn, I'm still shocked at how mediocre this is. Like, you about to pay your bills but
somebody else withdrew all the money out your account shocked. Can I Speak To You, Definition of Sexy, and Business Mind are the only good

I'm starting to wonder if half the people hating on this actually listened to it. This album/mixtape is very dope. Give it a real spin, It's worth it and it's free.

Earlier this month, just prior to the release of his 5 (Murder By Numbers) album, we reported that 50 Cent‘s aforementioned 5… project was a free release, and his official fifth studio album would, in fact, be called Street King Immortal. In a press release shared by Interscope, it has been announced that the LP will be released on November 13th.
Street King Immortal, a reference to his recently-launched energy drink, marks a comeback of sorts for Curtis, serving as his first album in three years, since 2009′s largely underwhelming Before I Self Destruct. The first single from his new LP, “New Day” featuring Dr. Dre and Alicia Keys, was just released over the weekend, and you can get a listen to that here.
