^Believe you just sign up up for em when you sign into your account. Then every purchase you make gives you "rewards" based on the price paid for each item. Think its like 2%. Eventually it adds up every period then they send you a notification of a redeemable certificate, to use on future purchases.

Yeah seller still gets paid. Ebay bucks are paid by ebay and no way effects the seller.

If you REEAAAALLLLYYYY wanted to know the info, it's not that hard to find out. But that'd be OD and you'd be doing too much.

The term deal has different meanings from person to person though, lets not forget that. I think the majority of my buys on eBay are dealt if not steals, but i'm sure any one NTer can look at my posts in this thread and say one or the other isn't.
