NBC's Community Thread - 6/2 - Ep. 13: "Emotional Consequences of Broadcast Television"

I could see them doing a "Movie" but really make it a few episodes all tied together with common stories... But they'd need a sixth season first.

Other then seeing Annie's chest, I'm done with the show.

Followed all four seasons, and I'm just not interested in the show anymore. I purely watched this whole season due to the fact that I was so deep in it.

NBC Fall Lineup

THURSDAY
8-8:30 p.m. - "Parks and Recreation" (New time)
8:30-9 p.m. - "WELCOME TO THE FAMILY" (White and Latino families blend.)
9-9:30 p.m. - "SEAN SAVES THE WORLD" (Sean Hayes as a divorced gay dad)
9:30-10 p.m. - "THE MICHAEL J. FOX SHOW"
10-11 p.m. - "Parenthood" (New Day and Time)

:nerd:...>D...

Halloween episode on Valentine's again, I guess.

They didn't plan on being delayed this season, but holding it to midseason was expected with a 13 ep order

I get that, but knowing the really low respect NBC has for it, I could see that Feb premiere date being another punchline for late night.

i'm kinda trying to avoid reading posts since im like 4-5 episodes behind..

but what is chevy's deal??

thought he was a hilarious piece to the show. much like channg

is he really just a douche off camera? seems like he'd be soc hill..

Didn't like his character plus he's notoriously difficult to work with. I think Chase wanted the show to be "Chevy Chase does his Fletch" for 22 minutes an episode and that's just not what people want anymore.

I actually think he wanted to be Danny Devito in its always sunny in Philadelphia

His character is the least nessesary by far anyway do it isn't that serious.

Watching the finale. They went OD as **** lol

It's hilarious how I all turned into
paintball

Kinda felt like a cop out at the end. But probably better than the alternative. After watching the last 30 seconds I can't tell if the timeline is real or not

I guess it just left me wondering what Harmon would have done with the dark timeline.

the season improved a lot after the first few episodes.

What do you mean? As in with another series?

I think its because he gave the network execs a hard time while was still working on Community, there were probably numerous complaints about him as well.

But its OK though, Harmon will do a deed under the radar for NBC, then he'll have full pardons to return, like in FF6

Would be cool but it sucks that he comes back after they finished the darkest timeline story and Jeff meeting his dad.

But the new writers held it down far better than expected. Now I need news on happy endings

It's not like they really finished the darkest timeline. That final ep was all Jeff's imagination. Harmon could bring it back in w/e way he attended.

I'm more surprised at him coming back and put off with it being the final season. I'd rather NBC smarten up and realize they don't got a better comedy right now and at least try to promote it more so that it can do better ratings wise (although I know that both are doubtful).

Considering what we know about Harmon, would he be willing to return to NBC after the way things ended?

He seems too prideful to come back... or he'd have to be given the go-ahead from NBC that he'd be left alone completely to do it his way.
