That's a fair point. I know people on NT always flame the ESPN-type argument "Who is the best?!?!" and make anything pro-Kobe also anti-Lebron or the other way around. I'm definitely not like that. My bias is to the shoe. Besides, I think the best complete player in basketball the last few years is Wade, so I don't care about the Mamba vs. the King. The Kobe V is just the best basketball shoe I've ever worn. I wish the LeBron line had fulfilled its promise the way the Kobe line has.
Oh well. It'll be Durant's League in a short time anyway. Let's hope Nike does him justice...
 
Pushing the envelope isn't a really well-received idea, but being safe is.  But I agree with OP.  Lebron is probably sick of seeing his shoes not sell

IMO the LeBron line has yet to top the II. The IV was a turn in the right direction but wasn't the complete package. LeBrons weren't the same after scrapping the Zoom Power and this whole switching shoes to be quicker is non sense. Make a well rounded shoe in the first place.

yall fronting like the 7's is not wear its at.. Yes they look alot like the Air Jordan 11's. but lets be serious the 7's are just hot, yall are in denial if yall don't think so..

Im a fan of lebron shoes, and alot of yall say Lebron 2's > ______ i dis agree with that statement, because I feel like the 2's aren't complete. only 3 colorways made to the General public.

From an aesthetic perspective I can see how the VII is favorable but the quality (minus the XMas) was typical modern cheap stuff. The fit wasn't great and the comfort was average. The fit and comfort of the PS is better than the AM.

The look, fit, comfort and [especially] quality of the II made it the complete package. I suppose this is when the line stopped being an 'everyone' shoe and started being a big-man shoe.
