Air Jordan 1 Banned NO BUYING/SELLING/TRADING!!

Shout out to the NTer who hooked me up with my DS pair last week, great price too :nthat:.

At first, I didnt see what all the hype was about. The history behind them was the only reason I wanted them when they released but once I couldnt get to the closest outlet, I moved on to the next release. NOW that I have them in person, all keep doing is :smh: and asking myself what was I thinking, I shouldve put alot more effort into getting these along time ago :smokin
 
^^ Nice bro, I picked up an 09 pair a few months back too. Love rocking them because only true heads really know what they are.
 
Im on the fence about shooting for a pair of these possibly. I have a legit pair of ds royals to play with. What kindve options are there? honestly im more interested in holding to maybe deal for this years and im not that desperate for banneds but the collector in me is whispering in my head if u know what i mean.
 
I see these being a Black Friday limited release along with air jordan 5 blk/ metallic as the GR. Nike wants all your money. I'm wearing the blk/red strap ( no strap) 1 as I type and still have the 60+ pack ds. To be honest you can't have enough of these especially in different variations.

Id just wait for the release in the winter at this point. Price of banneds is high af unless you find a non ds pair which ive seen in the 500-600 range as is. Royals wont get you no more than 350-400 so id just keep them and settle with the new release..
 
I like the new release leather more than the banned as far as looks. Obviously banned leather is better quality.

Yeah and honestly the royals mean more to me than having to throw money on top of em with a nice og version due out. Im holding.
 
I've been looking for an 8.5 for awhile now. I have found pairs for around $800 or more.

I would honestly even jump on a VNDS pair just for a more reasonable price.

I was gonna purchase some VNDS Galaxy Rookies today for $400 and passed because I would rather find a pair of these for a little more than that.

But then again I keep telling myself, the OG NA retro is dropping in a month, I could double up on them for $400 or less and have two DS pairs....

Hopefully the quality is minimally comparable, but from the photo I've seen it's just not the same.

I know none of you wanna hear this, but I'm hoping this upcoming release will bring down the banned price a little bit. I'm sure once some banned owners get their hands on some 2013 OG's it will make it a little easier for them to part with their pairs, more pairs on the market, prices drop.

If not, a guy can at least have hope right? lol
 
Hoping I can find someone who wants to trade NDS 2013 royals for banned 1s of course money on my end. Got three pairrrrr of royals.
 
As bad as I wanted to banned's I'll be more then content with the this 2013 OG release. I still have my royals and shadows DS so I need these to complete the set and put them in rotation

Do you guys think DS 2013 DB 3's for DS Banneds is a good trade? Does cash have to be added to balance the trade out? Thank you guys for your time.
 
wait a minute you mean to tell me that them Banned 1's are worth more than the Royal 1's smh imo the Royals look wayyy better. and i love blk/red kicks WOW!! thats news to me. ***disclaimer I have pair of 1's and thats the shadow grey which i think are dope*** ill be content on the Royal 1's
 
I'm not selling them because I want to. I'm looking to get together some money for something.. I'm only selling if I get that much money.

Don't get me wrong... I love the sneakers. And they weren't easy to get. But I also could use the cash for an e-ring for my girl. I've been working 12 hour days all summer and I feel like I'm running out of time to cash in on these days

I can count how many of these larger than usual paycheck I have left and its about 5! I set the price so high because I would feel forced to accept 900. It's hard to turn away that much money when I've been working all these extra hours to get her what she deserves

She's not a big fan of sneakers herself-- so it's not like she'll even notice them missing. But yeah it pains me. I haven't worn them because I thought a situation like this might occur.. If I can keep them until I get a better job than I feel like I'll be good.. But right now I have this #1 priority to get this ring that she deserves before Fall
