In the Oct/Nov edition of VIBE, Soulja Boy reveals to Bonsu Thompson that he and his friends were involved in a shoot out at his home last year. During a recording session, three thieves broke into his Georgia mansion. Alarmed by the intrusion, one of SB’s pals handed him a pistol. At that point, he says he targeted one of the AK-47 toting bandits.

It seems impossible that they'd be able to keep this under wraps
Is this the same incident where he said he was almost kidnapped or something?

yeah. his account of the story is hilarious, though.

if you live in the suburbs and you shoot a gun five times in the middle of the night, let alone hit somebody, i'm pretty sure the police are notified. especially if a wounded man is limping away from your mansion immediately following the shots.

Game didn't even take it this far with the lies.

wait, so these dudes had choppers and ran when Soulja Boy, someone who probably had never fired a gun before then, shot at them? were these toy AKs? what about his boy who passed him the burner in the first place? where were they during this?
