With the NBA season nearly upon us, ESPN Insider has some final preseason thoughts on every team, including a league scout's team outlook courtesy of ESPN The Magazine's Chris Broussard, David Thorpe's breakout players to watch and contract/performance analysis from Tom Haberstroh.

CHICAGO BULLS

I agree with [Chicago] in not giving up Joakim Noah for Carmelo Anthony. Noah's a winner, a superior defender and he's got a high ceiling offensively.

BOSTON CELTICS

I actually like their Big Three better than Miami's Big Three, because they know and trust their system offensively, they could coach themselves defensively, they believe in Doc Rivers.

"I don't think the Knicks' guards are good enough for them to make theplayoffs. I don't like Ray Felton at all. He's a streak shooter whosedecision-making is horrendous. He's not a true point guard, he's moreof a combo, and he's not a great athlete to boot. And you can't makeadjustments on the fly with Ray, because his basketball IQ's not highenough. I don't like D'Antoni either. One of their players told methey've gone months without discussing defense in practice."

"I do love DeMar DeRozan. He can be a superstar and reach the Vince Carterlevel. He's a freak athletically, a terror in transition, he can guard,he's competitive and he's got toughness and swagger. He can average15-17 points this year and put himself in the conversation with hisclassmates, Tyreke Evans, Stephen Curry and Brandon Jennings.

I feel the exact same way.

I'm psyched for the season too. A lot of great storylines and even tho my squad is rebuilding im still excited to see whos gonna step up and how our new coach will rock.

Looking forward to seeing the rookie class too. Should be good %+$+.

People think the Bucks will move Redd's contract for some additional pieces or stay put? Guess it would obviously depend on whether or not they are contending at that point.
