The Man who had Black Ops for a day: *lower your speaker volume, this video is bit loud*
Basically someone gets a hold of a copy of Black Ops almost a month before its release, they offer to sell it on a forum. Various members of the forum donate funds to the seller via paypal. One way or another an agreement is made on the forum that one of them meets with the seller to get the disc, after which they would rip the data in the form of an iso file to send to the other donators.

The man in the video drives for four hours total to and from to make the exchange for the game. The disc looks like a legit and complete copy of the game including the artwork label on the surface. When he arrives at home he is too exhausted to test the game on his console. The story goes on but that is what the videos are for.

Just watch the vid, the rest of the story is on his youtube account in parts 2,3, and the final vid. Pretty cool story bro, yes I know, but this one is actually true. It's been posted on Kotaku, personally that's all the proof I need. There are no other vids without the Ether music so bear with it, I' like to know what you would do in his place. Watch the vids and discuss.

he had a copy of the 360 version apparently it was stolen from the DVD distribution  company.

he gets to play it for one day in till treyarch gives him a call telling him its a stolen copy and they hope he cooperates and gives it back which he did.

treyarch took these steps so one one would leak a illegal copy, but failed anyway
