I dunno about "spank". Okc is much diff with serge...unless the refs are completely PRO SA(getting every touch foul/quick whistles on okc stars)/white hot shooting by SA.i can see SA winning....but "spank" by 15-20...ehh.

Is this in reference to the ML or the actual spread? If it's just the ML you aren't really saying anything.

I didn't get to watch the game last night but Miami at home in big and/or closeout games always either blow the opp's out of the water or BS early on but the last 6 minutes they don't miss and they stay getting that last minute cover.

Can't front, tonight's game is a tough game to cap.
 
^ I'm curious too, spread or ML? Pretty sure he posted that before the spread was out. Maybe he didn't care what it is.
 
I posted that well before -7 was made public. I really believe this will be a near wire to wire mia W and cover.

What im hoping happens-public buys in to indy. Only thing that matters to me is where the sharps are at.

If it stays at -7, ill find value somewhere. If the public buys into indy, then even better for mia backers.

FwIW, more revelations on the "theres some selfish dudes in here". Directed soley at lance....what a shocker.

People always say that...Maybe dumb question, how do you know what sharps are betting? always was curious
 
Theres no definitive way to know exactly, unless you know people directly inside circles. But......u see some people who made big plays in certain communities who hit consistently and joe public/action players who are decent, but make educated guesses.the who tell all..imo...is when theres big money moved on one side(the public)...and the line refuses to budge..classic case=the super bowl....the public was ALL OVER DENVER..."NO WAY, MAN....PEYTON ISNT LOSING THIS...SEATTLE HAS NEVER SEEN AN OFFENSE LIKE THEIRS", etc....sentimental favs....LOL. the line stuck at den -2.5. We saw what happened.

Interesting you say that. The money line for OKC just shifted from (+180) to (+175) for tonight. What do you make of that?

It opened up as a straight pick'em tho.
 
Opened up at sea-2 and closed at den-2.5..but it stayed at -2.5 for like 11 days....I was in vegas that weekend....80% of ppl I spoke to were all over den, layin the 2.5 and layin huge cash....5k,10k,20k.....etc...

I have it at +180 at betus. Pretty even money on both sides with a minor edge to SA. Not enogh to sway me one way or the other..I mean, based on trends...id lean SA wins, but I dunno about covering. Too close to call. Reggie jacksons effectiveness will be the x factor. He scored 27 and 21 pnts in SA in okc wins this yr in which patty mills was a non factor in either and kawai leonard only played in 1 gm(in sa).Neither gm was popaviched, fwiw.

Thought it opened as a pk, but regardless, it opening at Seattle -2 means that the line shifted 4 and a half points. With the broncos being backed heavily, the line moved accordingly.
 
Youre absolutely rt on that.but after it opened, the change to sea+2.5 settled in on the tues after the afc and nfc title gms. The next 8 days, there probably were a higher quantity of public bets eqauting to the amount of dollars(lower quantity of bets) put in by executive players to put it at 3 and eventually settling in at -2.5....from what I heard..the raw number before the opening line was around sea -7 or so.

10 guys putting in 10 bets@50k=500k====(1000) $500 bets by 1k ppl on each side=no line movement. The sharps waited to pounce...thats also a typical practice following conference title gms.

If you have to wait for sharps to make their move then you already lost the value they gained :lol:

It's that simple....Even online books gotta adjust to what happens in Vegas
 
HUGE on Spurs.. Spurs havent beaten OKC in OK in a long time.. that didnt change.. however, Tony parker has really stuggled, he needs to break out of his slump i expect him to do so tonight at home.. While Westbrook has been playing career best basketball.. the momentum of Ibakas return plus that home crowd obviously played a huge role in OKC success.. they wont have that tonight.. i see Spurs covering and winning by 8.. Goodluck everyone.!
