Finishline has both the Hyperdunk 2010 and the Hyperfuse for $99.99 right now.  I'm looking for input from anyone who has played in both.  I don't care about the casual aspect, purely court performance.

hyperfuse have always been $99. I own a pair and think they are great. Got them a half size bigger because they felt narrow when I put them on, but I should've gone with my true size

Hyperfuse's are good money.
niketowns had the four original colors marked down to 59.99 some weeks back.

Hyperfuse>Hyperdunk
but it all depends on the position and the way you play. since i'm a guard, i love the flexibility and comfort that the Hyperfuse offers. the Hyperdunk2010 is way too stiff for me and not that comfortable, imo.

the hyperdunk is amazing once you break them in, stiff at first but amazing once ur in them for a week. i hated how high and odd the sole was, it also felt to clunky for me imo.

hyperdunk is underrated preformance monster of the year

the hyperdunks @$@@ on the hyperfuse.

the hyperfuse has a terrible fit, nike over compensated for the mesh upper by squeezing the life out of your foot. it also has only forefoot zoom, no shank plate, and a bad heel-to-toe transition.

the hyperdunk has a good transition, shank plate, heel and forefoot zoom, and is lighter. once you break in the upper this isn't even a fair comparison.

hyperdunk 2010 >>>> hyperfuse. not even close. especially if you have normal people feet.

after 3 in-game wears of the Hyperdunk 2010, I found them unrelentlessly stiff around the ankle, higher cut than I imagined, and a bit too loose and flimsy in the forefoot. However, I may have narrower feet than other people on here (the AJ XII retro is my favorite balling shoe of all time due to the way it fits my foot perfectly), so who knows. Traction was very good, though...

In contrast, the Hyperfuse is my favorite shoe to play in other than the XII retro or Kobe 4, and has far superior breathability. I don't really notice the lack in heel cushioning that some complain about, but the Cushlon in the midsole more than compensates for no heel Zoom or Air for me. Plus, the tighter fit makes my foot feel very secure. Traction is just as good as the HD 2010.

I am a 6'2" 175lbs wing, and rank the Hyperfuse ahead of most other recent Nike shoes for bball including the Hyperdunk 2010, OG Hyperdunk, Kobe V, and AJ 2010 Team. In fact, they are the only shoes I currently enjoy playing in more are the XII retro and maybe the Kobe 4.

for me, Hyperfuse >>> Hyperdunk. And it isn't even close.

I have both and I prefer the HD2010s. The fuses are so narrow and the vamp is soo shallow on the shoes even after you break them in (I went a 1/2sz up). The HD's remind me of the 2K4's which are goat imo. The upper though seems almost too flexible and could be a problem for stability i.e. turning your ankle..

With all these great shoes coming out it always makes me wonder what these shoes would be like if nike stopped cutting corners and used better materials
