is anyone surprised Nike hasnt..

Those are just regular baller bands though, I've got a bunch of those....not the magnetic thingy

i got like 30 of them in my room and havent worn them in 3 years.

power balance are hot and if Nike made them they could make their athletes wear them instead of the power balance and get more exposure. hell id wear one from Nike because they would probably make them look good.

i rock a power balance, it kinda does work then it doesnt but the main reason i wear it is because i like something on my wrist when i ball.

As old & regular as they are, I'd personally take them over this new gimmick.

That's why I liked them more... They were simple. Just a Nike logo & a word & they were good to go. No magnetic thing, improvement hype, or anything like that.

To each their own, though.

nike doesnt need power bands. just like they didnt need "easy tones" or any toning shoe. profiting billions of dollars isnt gonna changr from not having pb's

power balance is prolly making like $29.99 on each band when nike is making like $6 for there pack of 3 bands they used to make...

i think nike coulda done something big, but didnt..

Not a good way to go about business, missing opportunities always hurts.  If you don't evolve then you will be left behind.  Plenty of examples in business.


And they don't "profit" billions, revenue is different than profit.

they only came in one size is the problem. power balance comes in all sizes. girls even wear PB bands too.

baller bands were only in 1 size which was huge for the average consumer.

I though Nike had made these for college football teams.

Everytime I watch UF play most of the players are wearing blue ones figured they were made by Nike

thats exactly what i was thinking, but i think Rawlings may have already bought PB, i just saw in my baseballexpress catalog the power balances are sold with a fat RAWLINGS on the side
