VY can only thrive under a soft coach (as he had in college)

the coaching staff is just as guilty as VY is
what VY did is a $$$$! move but i bet its hard to stay cool when the coach doesnt even want to start you to begin with. as much as i backed VY through all his %+#%. i dont know if i can keep on with it and i see this being his last year as a titan if Fisher stays. the fact that VY probably knows that they're not even utilizing him right is eating at him even more and now they hand the keys to a rookie is adding more insult to injury.
i hope Mr. Adams cleans up house after this season. the whole coaching staff needs to be fired especially Fisher. longest tenured coach deez nuts, the man hasnt done %+#% for us except keeping us mediocre year after year after year after year. Dinger needs to go also. he obviously does not know how to use his weapons and is getting predictable. i hope he was watching the giants/eagles game so he has an idea how to use an offense with a runnning QB. each week its getting more harder to watch these guys on offense
lets just hope moss doesnt go off if he hasnt already

i'm saying i've seen most of the games titans played this yr. When VY got pulled at halftime in one of the wks when score was tied (or within 1 td not sure) had me

All I have to say is...... VY is an idiot... but it never should've gotten to this point.
Fisher led to VY losing his cool.... Just look at what has happened this year alone, all while VY is having his best year, 10 TDs and 3 picks
Benched during the Steelers game, probably could've played in Philly and obviously was good enough to play in Miami last week... Yet Fish goes with Collins... When McNair was here he didn't need to practice at all to play in a game, but it's a double standard with Vince. And then today he doesn't let VY back in the game, a decision which more than likely cost us the game. I'd be pissed if I was Vince too, of course there's no excuse for handling it like a baby though.
There's a lot more to this that we don't know about, and may not ever know... but we definitey know both Fisher and VY are at fault, just not sure who's more to blame.
What upsets me the most is that we are 1 game back of the division lead, with 5 division games left on the schedule, and the coaching staff has decided it's okay to throw away the season... it's a bunch of BS and i'm ready for a new coaching staff.

VY is trash anyway. He's soft as hell IMO and doesn't have the guts to play through injuries like other QBs in the league seem to do. Not to mention he still doesn't throw well.

It's not that he doesn't want to play through inuries....it's that Fisher won't let him... that's the main reason he was so pissed off... it happened in Philly, Miami and Yesterday.
