co.jp dunks were always my fave. i still say the co.jp purple/white, white/purple and metallic purple highs are easily some of the top all-time dunks. anyway, this is fantastic news. i will do some sleuthing with the people i work with and try to find out more info.

Never owned a pair of Co.jp joints but I have wanted those ultramans and Michigans forever.

I wouldn't mind them retroing them SB style either but they already announced its a Nike Sportswear release which is cool as long as I can get my pairs

good point. And i am a bit surprised nikes doing this but then again imnot. How can anyone be surprised by any retro. I love dunks. Cojp, g.r. whatever they may be. Maybe this release willbring some spotlight and apprciation back to dunks since there is a very strong correlation between what nike pushes and what "sneakerheads" like all of a sudden

I hope not, mainly because Nike will never be able to duplicate that quality and same for these dunks. It's nice to see them releasing these older classics, but just like Jordan brand the quality will be sub par and I would much rather go after og release.
