Can't decide what to root for: a .500 record or just losing out and getting the high draft pick. I know, I know, you should always root for your team to win, but I'm honestly just tired of mediocrity from this skins team every year....

Skins have done it before....but with this rag-tag group, I think they'll end up being 7-9...

*Glad to see you're out of banned camp as well, Gift laugh.gif

Notes...

With both cornerback Carlos Rogers and strong safety LaRon Landry out Sunday against the New York Giants, veteran cornerback Phillip Buchanon will likely start, second-year corner Kevin Barnes should play more, and second-year safety Victor "Macho" Harris -- out of football only a week ago, when the Redskins signed him - should be active for the first time.

and

In addition to ruling out safety LaRon Landry (Achilles) and cornerback Carlos Rogers (hamstring), the Redskins have listed 14 players as questionable for Sunday's game at the New York Giants.

The group includes: linebacker Lorenzo Alexander (hamstring), receiver Brandon Banks (knee), guard Derrick Dockery (knee), defensive end Kedric Golston (elbow/groin), defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth (illness), guard Artis Hicks (thigh), defensive end Jeremy Jarmon (hamstring), safety Kareem Moore (knee), receiver Santana Moss (knee), linebacker Brian Orakpo (ankle), center Casey Rabach (knee), running back Ryan Torain (hamstring), receiver Roydell Williams (foot) and tackle Trent Williams (shoulder).

Of the group, Golston, Haynesworth, Torain and Trent Williams were all limited in Friday's practice.

The Giants have ruled out tackle Shawn Andrews (back), cornerback Will Blackmon (chest), receiver Hakeem Nicks (leg) and center Shawn O'Hara (foot). Receiver Steve Smith (pectoral) and tackle David Diehl (hip/hamstring) are both doubtful.

I've never understood why they don't use Barnes alot more...
