TEAM AIR FORCE 1 VOL. 6 AKA STOP PM'ING US

I can't tell if these are backhanded insults, but thank you! after years and years its easy to remember these things

All in good fun.

Seriously, you have an amazing knowledge of releases, years, official CWs, and all that.

We may butt heads about certain things, but I always give credit where it's due.

And, Solecuts - amazing as always! That green midsole pair is ridiculous!

BiP - pretty sure the pair he is talking about didnt have the stitched swoosh, there was a DS size 11 that sold on ebay like amonth ago that im kicking myself for passing now. they look like the grey/blue pair i posted posts back, just grey/white

EDIT: nvm, 304096-011 was 2002

Not sure about this pair either - the basically look like mid versions of the vapors. The vapors have a tumbled leather swoosh with embroidery trim.

bip, i think that pair has soft leather.. maybe even like a nubuck

I did not remember them as depicted on the 1thology - but both that site and my memory are imperfect resources. So, I didn't know if they had it wrong or I was just forgetting a pair.

Those grey mids had a distressed saddle leather. Very nice and unusual.

The swoosh isn't white. It's light silver. So is the midsole.

Here are some actual pics in person. Don't trust the 1thology.

Haven't posted in a while...lost my original Niketalk user info which went back to 2000

and had to create another from scratch.

those silvers are nice!

It amazes me the difference in leather on the older AF1s. For as little the manufacturing cost is on AF1s, Nike could raise the cost to manufacture by $1-2 and use real leather again. But anything to save a penny I guess.

And I'm loving all the pics old AF1s guys, makes me really jealous that size 11.0s aren't out there. I wish I had a pic to post but nothing new here!

Another pic of 1991 goodness
Sorry for the angle.Only pic I could find and they are in storage
1991 purple and white lows. Love the purple on this. Its almost a fluorescent purple. Kinda matches the infrareds and the bright oranges I posted before as they are all kkinda brighter colors. Probably released around the same time.

This month's ID options weren't too great, very limited in color but despite that I'm considering

pulling the trigger on the following two...

...I'm not sure if I want to use the yellow out-sole or not, but I am currently favoring it for now.
