Eddie Jones demonstrates that "veteran savvy" he was signed for

the funniest part was the coach running down court with Eddie after he inbounded...he was just as absent minded

@ Odom

Jones was funnier though becuase he gave the opponent two free points (which would be hilarious if they lost by two or 1 points)

GET HIM!!!

Son just ran up court like it was nothin.

Can't fault Lamar on that one, any Laker is gonna hold on to the ball as long as they can.

^haha, I think it was more of Lamar seeing who he was going to inbound to (Smush) and realizing that dribbling it out himself was a better option (aturnover)....

This might be worse than when Eddie dunked on the wrong damn basket back when he was on the Lakers...

Interesting. Now I kind of wonder if you could pass the ball inbounds off the back of an official that is standing inbounds.

Naw don't think so since the ball needs to be touched by a player. the ref is only part of the court

False. He could actually do that. Another active person on the court must touch the ball before hand. However, the officials, when on the floor, are consideredas active members of the game. Ive had a situation reffing before where a player was trapped in his backcourt with the eight second count running down. As theref, I was supposed to be standing out of bounds watching the play, but was instead on the court watching the play. The player then threw the ball off my rearend and continued dribbling, which was a legal play since I (the ref) was an active participant in the play.
