INJURY in KOBE V's

The injury itself isnt predicated on hi or low top, but the severity is (ankle sprain, fracture).

OP if you dont want to buy or use another pair of kobes, get some orthotics for the older ones. That'll help support the plantar fascia ligament.

I wouldn't use the same pair of shoes to play indoor and outdoor...
Have a shoe strictly for the hardwood and have a shoe strictly for outdoors.

I hate it when I play indoors whether it be a league game, gym, etc. and some clown comes in with the grimiest pair of outdoor kicks bringing in loose dirt, debris, lint, lil pebbles, etc. messing up the clean indoor floor for everyone. SMH

Ankle sprain is gonna happen when it happens. Some people are just injury prone when it comes to ankles.

I have sprained my ankle is high tops, low tops, whatever tops.... If it happens, it happens.

I think casual ballers should just start taping up their ankles everytime they go to the gym to prevent the ankle sprain....
wait, it still happens....
maybe wear one of those space boots they give you when you hurt your ankle/foot...the ones that come up to just below the knee...???
