***New Reebok Pick-Ups, Release Info, etc.***

I stay pretty close to my Nike size (although like all companies, Reebok has some variations with different models - I find Classic Leathers and Exo-Fits tighter in the toe box, although fine for length, so I try for 0.5 up, which is the same thing I do with Asics GL3s). But all my Questions, Ventilators and every different Pump model I have all fit very much like any Nike/Jordan shoe I own.

As far as comfort, the Hexalite shoes (Questions, Ventilators, etc.) are all super comfy for me. As Trent said, retro DMX is DMX in name only, without the real '90s tech. If it was real DMX, I would say that those are the way to go - original DMX Run 10s and Answers were the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn cushioning-wise!

Hope this all helps a bit. And welcome to Planet Reebok.
In that case, I'll get an 11.5 for my first pair--whatever model that ends up being--and if that's too big, I'll try an 11 or a 10.5.

Thanks for all your help, guys!

Just something I decided to un-DS the other day. Really nice & underrated shoe IMO.

Distinct Life x Reebok GL6000. I probably give this black pair the edge over the navy blue pair that I also picked up. But it's close!

Could you point me in the direction to ge a pair of these in an one of the colors in a 11.5 or 12?

Home sick today so was able to be home when my custom Ventilators were just delivered by FedEx. I am SOOOO pleased with these!!! Next time a discount comes up on customs I'll order 2-4 more pairs.

Those "Mighty Healthy" looking ones are actually steel grey, my phone camera just makes everything peachy looking inside for some reason. Anyway, they're ridiculously nice, and the perf nubuck is crazy soft. Like I said, definitely going to order a few more pairs next time there's a promo code. Total for these combined was $134 shipped (saved $44 w/ the code), plus I got 10% back from TopCashback, I believe.

Info for those who never ordered custom Reeboks before:

1) They ship FedEx from Vietnam. Took about a week for them to get to me in Mass. They also ship signature-required, and the FedEx app wouldn't let me sign for them until AFTER they attempted the first delivery yesterday. So keep that in mind.

2) I ordered on 3/21, so only took about 2 weeks start to finish

3) They ship single-box, in a box you turn inside-out into the shoe box. It's pretty cool, actually, and there was no significant damage to either of my boxes during shipment.

4) They also give you a sticker with your name, shoe size and a pic of your shoe in it so you can stick it to the box so you know whoch pair is which in your stacks

Hi all,

Been jonesing for a pair of the Major Cherry Blossom Ventilators for some time now, good opportunity just appeared but I'm unsure of Ventilator sizing. I've heard to go 0.5 down, do you think that's necessary? I usually wear 8.5/9 depending on the brand (8.5 Air Max 1, 8.5 NB 998, 9 Gel Lyte III/V).

What do you guys recommend?

Thanks

those are definitely roomy.  I went half down for that exact pair and it worked out pretty well for me.

Weird - I was just thinking about how enormous these are on me last night. You should go with a sz 8, or even 7.5 in these.

Let me put it this way:

I wear a sz 10.5 AM1, sz 11 GL-III/V. When I asked the online rep at Livestock if Vents fit the same as Classic Leather (for which I wear a 10.5) before I ordered my Cherry Blossoms, she said "yes" - and she was soooo wrong. I got a 10.5 Cherry Blossom and they're huuuge on me. I really think a 10 would've been too big, too, since the leather lining is thinner than traditional spenco or terry.

When you say the 10.5s were big on you how much was it? Like heel slip and roomy toebox big or floppy clown shoes big? I was thinking of 8.5 since I don't mind a little roominess in sneakers since it's better than having something be too small and unwearable, but too big is also a problem.

FYI this is the listing I found on the bay, I'm inclined to believe it's legit since the seller has pretty good feedback and I have doubts that there are fakes of this particular Ventilator floating around...though at the same time, with those prices & stock levels, maybe these are factory seconds or something.

Yeah, my 10.5s are huge, mostly just big everywhere but more at at the heel. I think I can slide my whole finger in between my heel and the back of the shoe. It's not toooo bad if I double up on thick socks, but honestly I'm tempted to just cop a pair of 9.5s or 10s from that ebay seller myself and sell my 10.5s for like $60 in the buy/sell section here on NT. Repped for the link.

Man, she screwed you with that advice! All my Ventilators fit TTS, although leather-lined probably 1/2 size big, whereas Classic Leathers are 1/2 too tight. If you went Classic Leather sizing on those Cherry Blossoms, you'd be swimming in them!

 Yup, they're pretty big.

I was so disappointed when I put them on for the first time, 'cuz they're beautiful.

Now I'm feeling tempted by that seller! But it's like an extra $30 shipping for me in Australia. Just kills it.

Ouch, that sucks. They sat for auite a while and hit decent discounts at retail. Maybe SneakersNStuff still has them?

SNS actually still has the Cherry Blossoms for $63, but only in size 12.

Heck, I was about to buy them from Invincible and have relatives just mail them to me before that link appeared lol

Amd I am sz12 - although if everyone's leather-lined Ventilator stories are to be believed, I'd need 11.5 in these....

I feel you on this one :\ based on all the advice my brain says I need an 8 but I'm afraid of something that fits too small
