Huge amount of Seahawk fans there, on the train over to dirty jerz it seemed to be at least 50% Hawks fans.

That's whats up, I've always wanted to get out to other stadiums across the country. Arrowhead/AT&T stadium are top on my list.

Re: the game, I felt as soon as we went up 10-0 the game was in the books. The offense was slow and very mundane for the most part, but with a team as pathetic as the NYG have been 10 pts was more than enough. Credit their D for getting to Wilson early and keying in on the run game cause if they were anything but inept on offense it'd be a whole 'nother game.

It was a pretty slow start for our offense with the classic good drives ending in FGs , and too many 3rd downs. Marshawn didn't have a great day.

But their offense was just so inept. Dominant defensive performance. Eli's picks looked even worse in person, especially the first one to Sherman. The moment he released it you knew.

And any team that throws a sideline go route on Sherman is just plain dumb. Manning tried it in the second quarter and Sherman could have called for a fair catch.

Marshawn hasn't had much luck running it for about 4 weeks now. Russ had more rushing yards yet again which is never good.

I don't think you can bench Maxwell at this point (who ever thought we'd be saying this?) He's been at a high level since being put opposite of Sherm. It's almost like having another Brandon Browner out there, but with more speed and better ball skills. He gives up some in the run game but that attributes more to BB's size/physicality. Great problems to have going into the playoffs.

Feels great to be able to control your own destiny for the final playoff push. No need to be scoreboard watching or anything like that - just win at home and let the chips fall where they may.
