Chukurah played in Tampa in 07 and 08, for Monte Kiffin and....Seahawks DC Gus Bradley.

And NFL.com is reporting he beat out Edwards, Aaron Maybin, and Travis Laboy.

apparently they said they didnt want Edwards ( the seahawks that is) because not only was he unproductive in ATL, but he also became a locker room problem and they didnt want that around that young seattle team.

Hauschka isn't Josh Brown but he's pretty damn good on kicks < 50 yards. Never felt good about him outside of 50, but I'ma be sick if it comes down to Longwells leg in ATL.

eagles fan here....just wanted to say you hawks fans are truly blessed to have such a dope secondary, when DRC and Asomugha came to town I expected them to be what Sherman and Browner are for you guys, I thought wrong . Best of luck to you guys, I've always been a big fan of good secondary play and I'm excited to see the hawks corners vs. the falcons wideouts

Considering Pete is a defensive guy too, it's hard to gauge how much of the impact falls on Bradley. He definitely deserves his credit..how much of it? who knows

and I dont even know personality wise if he's built to watch over a whole team, he doesnt seem too aggressive and comes off even keel from what I've seen. Either way the players roll with him

A young disciple of Monte has to be good though right?

One thing that drove me crazy was his love for the zone (or Pete's love for it). It bit the Hawks in the *** in some loses that's for sure.
