9 sacks last year (his best year to date)...can play DE or DT...Damn near perfect fit for the team...and at an easy 5 mil?! GOD!

That's awesome. From what I read he can stop the run too, which is just what we need. I'd rather we don't cut Clem... Does this mean trading Flynn for a pick is the next good move?

Yeah, team was around 6mil under...folks are saying with the expected cuts they'll be around 9-10 after

A better, less injury prone version of the 2012 Jason Jones. Hoooooooly ****. This is what I've been beggin for this whole time.
Bennett actually started out in SEA and impressed during pre season - enough to warrant a roster spot at the time when Patrick Kerney was out best pass rusher in that Jim Mora era. He was cut in favor of keeping 2 kickers (Coutu, Mare) needless to say we're far removed from those times.
Versatile guy and play DE, 3 tech, and Red Bryants spot. Good for interior pressure and big enough to hold up against the run ala Big Red.

They both might have to (or atleast should). Z Miller is the teams highest player at 11M and Rice is runner up with 9+M....somethings gotta give.

McQuistan is another name I've seen that could possibly getting cut. That would be close to 2.5mil save.
but it seems like he will be pretty valuable to the depth at Guard so maybe it's not likely I suppose.
I dont see Zach and Rice having a choice, even if they dont take it this season. Extensions are coming up for guys the following year

I feel like with the addition of Harvin, Doug will elevate his game to a whole new level he's always been one to compete. Golden, on the other hand, I'm a little worried about. He didn't seem too happy when Percy came and I'm worried that he starts complaining when the looks and touches don't go his way.
