SEATTLE SEAHAWKS THREAD

It is indeed ******** if those are the circumstances. Browners stance is he hasn't failed a test for substance abuse since coming out of college in 05-06, yet is JUST NOW getting punished for missing a test after being released by Denver in 06.

Crappy situation and the timing of it is just awful. Hopefully the league doesn't go out of its way to screw Browner, and at least take the facts into consideration during the appeal process

Just heard Clayton on the radio. He said the fact the appeals process has taken three days indicates this case is being handled differently than others. Something's up, we just don't know what that "something" is (or will end up being).

He could go from facing a year long ban to being back in week 16. Can't wait for the results on the process man, it's looking like a witch-hunt on BB right now.

Guess theres nothing to do but just wait it out.

Finding more on BB;

The La Canfora article is most telling. He was put in stage 2 of the league drug program after signing with Denver outta OSU. Promoted to stage 3 while in the CFL for missing tests over a 5 year span. He's been tested 200 times by the NFL since returning  2011 with NO dirty tests up until recently with 'small traces' of marijuana.

Thats what I've gathered, looks like most of the news is coming from BB's agent who's leaking often confidential info to media like La Canfora and others alike. The CBS article implying Browner could take it to courts and and perhaps delay the entire process, suspension included.

rumor was Sark was supposed to raise the 12th man flag. idk how true it was, and i doubt it was true but if it was :rofl:
