SEATTLE SEAHAWKS THREAD

I've been paying attention to some of the players' tweets in the past couple of weeks and it's pretty weird; seems like there may be issues with Russell. I don't think it's the whole "not black enough" thing, but just that dude may be a lot different and egotistic behind closed doors.

Anyways, thank goodness for the running game. I'm truly going to be saddened by potentially seeing Marshawn in another jersey in the future; I wish dude could retire in the blue and green.

The schedule moving forward is going to be UGLY, so the boys better buckle up...

Synopsis of the tweets if you dont mind?

There was a weird tweet by Baldwin a week or so before Percy was traded about "fake humbleness" but it was erased when I tried to pull it up.

Golden Tate also had a Twitter conversation recently with Chop and Dougie about them all having 1,000 yard seasons if they were in a "pass happy" offense which could have been a shot at Bevell too. There were a couple of others but I'm too lazy to dig.

That's just two that come to mind but I may be putting too much thought into a couple of tweets.

I remember Hsu calling out Dougie about those comments..Dougie DM'd him about being careful about things you know aren't true...not sure what to feel about that

I dont doubt there is frustration with Russell and Bevell, to an extent Im worried about it? Not there yet, and hopefully never

love the fight these guys continue to show though

Glad we have the toughest remaining schedule...  Either we're another Super Bowl Team or not, and we'll know for sure by the time the season's over.  Just have to get through this KC game with a win, which isn't a gimmie at Arrowhead.e

Russell is 15th in the league in rushing. Holy ****

I saw comments made on another forum in regards to some comments made by Brock about Russell's running and that it could be effecting his passing/accuracy due to all the work he's putting on the ground compared to his two previous years

legit or BS?

I can imagine that if you're getting gassed from all the running, or taking hits (although Russ generally avoids them well), that your passing accuracy would suffer. Think about those dudes like Brady or Rodgers that just take the ball in the shotgun and sling it. He's probably antsy on those bad throws from just having run 40 yds downfield, or dodging 2-3 d linemen in the backfield.

Man that sucks for Mebane. Injuries just remind us as fans how fortunate it is that a team can make a run with most of its major pieces healthy at the end of the season, let alone winning the whole damn thing like the Hawks did last year.

Huge loss w/ Mebane out damn :smh:

I'm pretty excited for the game this week though, definitely going to be a tough one. Chiefs love that short passing game which has been killer for us this season.
