NT, What Beer Do You Drink?

[@=/u/138593/Meyer23]@Meyer23[/@] Yea just pour the pumpkin in about 2/3 of the glass and then put a spoon over the glass with the bubbled end up and pour super slow.

Long story short, ended up at a dope bar in Milwaukee that had Pumking and Southern Tiers Creme Bruelee on draft...she basically made me a black and tan with the two and it was so sweet but SO DAMN GOOD!

:pimp:

Ahhh, damb. Wish someone brought up the Black Tuesday lottery. Still sitting on mine from last year.

I bought Flying Dog "In Heat Wheat" last week...Eh. Mediocre at best for a wheat beer...

Was It Me Or Does That Beer Seem Really Sweet? Almost Like A Fruity Beer?

Had It Last Weekend But It Could Have Been My Palate Being Off From All The Crap And Other Beers

Halloween haul. Aint no time for punpkin beers
800

All bases covered. Should be an eventful night. Everyday canned regulars. Im off bombers for awhile. I have a trade coming in this week for the icing on the cake

So barrel aged narwhal has hit my area. 22 for a bomber? A basic 4 12oz pack is 9bucks. I'm torn

Hit my area as well for $18. Picked up two bottles. $22 seems rather high with some places selling them for as low as $14.

Looks like a candle vase.

So much goodness on that list. This hobby can be expensive. Id get my whole family over there to get one of each

Sierra Nevada celebration ale is out. Despite its great ba score, I had to say no. I forced myself last year to really try and like enjoy it. I can't do piney overly malted beers too often.

I can't contain myself. Prepping for a halloween event. Went a bit overboard.
800
too expensive. I went by a place known to have this marble beer sit and found it almost wiped out. Their gabf brewery award may have something to do with it. Anyways I didnt want to regret missing out,so I bought as much as I feasibly thought was good for a couple people

Some people have their black tuesday. I guess I found that special beer. Marbles reserve ale and bba imperial stout are too nice. I now have a two yr vertical of each among a few extras. I could wait a month or two for 2014. But more than likely this weekend a two yr side by side is going down

I saw rochefort10 discussed a bit here. I always overlook it. Not anymore. Dos equis as a water substitute

Crumps, I hope you like hops lol. I had both a Marble Pils and IPA last night from the batch I sent. Still tasting quite fresh and perky.

Drinking recommendations or order is tough. Definitely try Dank on a fresh pallette. along with Elevated. Each may need 2-3 hours or a day in between on your first try. Flavors are explosive imho. Then you can move onto maybe a triple play of Marble Pils, then Red, into a IPA... The Bonechiller is probably the most chill, least bold on a flavor front.

Malpais is truly an amped up flavorful Guiness type of beer. A foreign dry stout. It's IBUs is in the 60s I believe. It has a roasted malt element, almost at a burnt level. Maybe drink a bone chiller, then walk into the heavier flavored stout

I'm not sure that sweet would be how i would describe it. Just not as smooth as I would like. A shame, really, cuz it has a beautiful color and foggy ness

A few pick ups. Apparently Bells is doing some type of special brew for each planet. The first was Mars which was a double IPA which I didn't get. (Actually had no idea they were even doing this until yesterday when I was at my local joint. He was putting out the Venus, which is the second one in the series; said he only got one case and was selling individually so I grabbed a couple) - tried one and it's was very good. Now I wanna try the rest in this release/series.

Then he had a couple bottles of Bourbon Barrel Quad 2014 that he just put out which he said would go quick so I snagged one of those too.

Grabbed a couple pumpkin beers I haven't tried as well. That Pumpkin Tart is good as is the Anniversary Imperial Pumpkin from Lakefront.

I can't wait to try that BBQ (Bourbon Barrel Quad)

Has anybody in here tried Rumpkin or Pump(ky)n from Avery?
Picked one of each up on a whim the other night.
