Havent been through this whole post since I got my account back, but some suggestions i liked recently. Some of theese might be repetitive.

Penny dreadful (dont waste your time with season 3 you will be highly dissapointed)

Nobody watched that show live. I was salty as hell because nobody would discuss.

This was due to a weak budget British shows either make it or break it, the last kingdom is based on books and I think they used like 2 books for the 8 episode season. There are 9 or 10 "the saxon stories" books though.

For the time period they were in, all were attractive brida had her moments for me too. Iseult topped them all though. I liked the fact she ended up with young ragnar. Made more sense, uthred cant decide if hes a dane or saxon and brida was all dane.

First half was cool, then it's like they got bored making it and just threw some scenes together

Thought it was a refreshing concept. Dude knew it was a cult from the start. Acting was good. Great tension. Characters had great motivation. No ambiguous ending. Solid netflix movie.

just watched the invitation, it was good but buildup was pretty slow IMO, I hope they make a sequel that starts off ilterally where the 1st ended
