The Official Netflix Thread Tho: Recommend Streaming Movies

^WRONG

The ending isnt hard to decide. The first time he meets the fake wife she fixes him bacon and eggs, to which he replies something like "you never cook me bacon". Thats how you know she's the fake one.

the fake wife acted like all she wanted was the fake husband at the end. The real wife went along with it?

I need to rewatch the last 10 min again

I just saw a mind blowing movie that blew mind even further when I caught a funny little gem that I know was done on purpose!

The movie "The One I Love" is about a couple that goes on a retreat and they experience a sort of alternate universe while trying to fix their marriage. Anyways I won't spoil the plot anymore than this but they discover a list of other couples that have also been to the retreat and here is a screenshot

You won't fully understand it unless you watch the movie(which was really awesome) but damn KOBE AND VANESSA?! Way too much of a coincidence to not have been done intentionally hahaha. Props to the director

Good movie man.

Great recommendation NT, a little bit too much dialogue at times but still very good! I will definitely look out for this director more. Also, I've never seen Mark Duplass in anything besides The League. He plays a serious role very well.

You might also like the movie "Safety Not Guaranteed"

He's really funny in that too. It's another movie that has some sci-fi elements to it, but a bit more of a comedy. Aubrey Plaza

Had that Trevor Noah special in my queue for the longest because it had 5 stars. Finally watched it, and it's deserved. It's brilliant how he holds up a mirror to America with humor mixed in. It gets good towards the middle when the white audience members get uneasy at their turn, after reveling in everyone else's before. Not your typical "black people do this" "white people do this". Good, funny view on America from an outsider now living here.

Just finished One I Love, bruh

Someone explain the movie. So were the fake people in therapy too? How did they switch so fast in the guest house?

Wrong... His wife changed and accepted him for who he was. That was what the talk was about they had in the bathroom right before they escaped

She said why not let him have a little bacon every now and then. Nothing to argue about

But it's definitely in the air. It could be Ethan 2 and Sophia 1 at the end because remeber the scene right before they were gonna have sex he had on that short, at the end he had on the same shirt

The write left it open but it's definitely Ethan 1 and Sophia 1 at the end

No way man, I think he left with the fake one. The real one stayed behind. THe talk in the bathroom didn't work. The real one still wanted to stay and she did.

The fake one didn't Stop her because she really wanted out of the cabin and back into the happy life. When the Real husband asked the fake wife why she was helping, I know she told him it was because she loved the fake husband and didn't want him choosing the real wife, but she played him. They both played the real husband to both get what they wanted.

kind of sci fi twilight zone tv show...
This show is pretty damn wild.  Super weird and most the episodes are pretty suspenseful.  I can't say the acting is great, but it's good for some cheap scares/thrills.

That first episode had me like

 at the end.

 Come on breh

I watched Safety not Guaranteed last Summer.

I wasn't impressed due to the sci-fi redic but, I go through phases were I key on different films and that was an off time for that category.

I didn't even watch Game of Thrones when it first came out because I thought, "here we go again with the Mythological stuff', yet it's turned out to be one of the better shows I have Ever seen.

I will watch it again, Safety not Guaranteed I mean, now that I've been turned on to Duplass.

I saw The One I Love off NT's recommendation and it didn't disappoint.

So was that his wife at the end? The bacon and eggs threw me off

That was the fake wife, his real doesn't like him eating bacon

Watched based off NT recommendation and it was interesting. Not disappointed, but still some questions left unanswered.

What power or magic enabled the couples left in the guest house to take on the shape of the new couple?

How crazy was it that the real wife got upset at the real husband for pretending to be the fake husband and having sex with her? :smh:

Did Ted Danson's character leave because they found out the truth prematurely or is that just what he does after he sends a couple to that house? I can't imagine anybody who gets to leave will be silent about what goes on there. Yes your marriage has been fixed, but your aren't you anymore. You have to adopt a new identity, new lifestyle and family. **** being married if I have to lose who I am and my blood family right?

Boths wives wanted the fake husband. Real wife was in love with the improved version of her real husband. Fake wife still loved her fake husband and was willing to stay back with him, not get left with the real husband. When the fake wife saw that the real wife was staring at the fake husband after he ran into the force field, I think she knew right there she would lose that battle. Fake husband wanted the real wife. So fake wife decides to leave with real husband

All this fake wife real wife fake husband real husband talk has to have every person coming in this thread wanting to watch this.

Sidenote: I knocked out the Darknet last night, episode 2 was really the only one with suspect acting. I thought each story was separate from EP to Ep at first. I didn't pay close enough attention, I have to rewatch this one.
