We were in Albany visiting a friend who had recently moved to a house off campus. We have one friend in our group who is a HUGE Met fan. But he gave up after Glavine's first inning and went down to the basement to play PS3 (we're on the first floor). So it's the 9th and (IIRC) Church popped out to end the game. So we all start yelling and cheering. Met friend texts us what happened and we tell him Church hit a walk off. Bolts up the stairs and we're all "Yea, he popped up and had to walk off the field." :lol: he stormed outside, picked up the two cases of Coors Light that were by the steps with all the empties and came up and started throwing them at us.

Fans at the park are pissed that Williams pinch hit for Zimmermann instead of taking him off for an ovation in his last home start...thoughts? I think that's pretty dumb, guy gave up back-to-back homers before finishing the inning.
