That pitch may have gotten away from Pap and it really didn't make sense to drill Manny in a one run game but it did look shady. Maybe he wanted to brush him back and missed.

Papelbon is a ******* clown. Anyone who defends him is a ******* clown. ZERO place in the game for what he did last night. Both Scherzer and Manny were showing emotion and there is nothing wrong with it. I love seeing it. Good for the series and adds some more salt to ramp up the intensity. However, throwing a fastball near Manny's head? GET OUT OF HERE.

That is so relevant to what I said. Only person who was getting fitted for a ring was Harper, and at least he backed it up. Best offensive season since Barry Bonds.Well, we weren't the squad getting fitted for world series rings back in April.
