Red Sox probably scored more in this game than the Nationals in the past 5 games

400

yeah in hindsight I'm glad it didn't happen  was just really worried at the time we wouldnt do anything at all or something stupid like jay bruce.

Nats score another 1st inning run against the Giants. I wonder how they'll blow it this time?

And there it is. Nats blow it...again. Such a terrible team, they'll be lucky to finish .500 at this rate.

Is it really Matt Williams' fault Gio got shelled?

As someone who doesn't watch the Nats on a daily basis, you can't understand the frustration of watching how he operates. I soured on him the moment he yanked Jordan Zimmermann with 8 2/3 in the NLDS. Even if you ignore his horrible decision making, just his demeanor/attitude has gone stale with fans and it appears the players.

No way no how should a team with this much talent be under .500

Heads need to roll.

No. But it's his fault for having a guy with a .287 OBP lead off game after game when we have a losing record with Taylor in the leadoff spot. It's his fault for going with his "feel" for players and their competencies instead of using the numbers that contradict his "feel". It's his fault for managing the bullpen into a dumpster fire. On top of that, there's been word out of the clubhouse that the players don't even like the guy. **** Matt Williams.

Agree with all of this but the talent statement. This team isn't that talented. It's Harper, Rendon, Escobar, and a bunch of has beens. They aren't as good as they think they are which is why they continue to say asinine things like, "The division is ours to lose." I'm looking at you, Jayson Werth, you ******* bum.

This team was playing better without Werth, Zimmerman, and Rendon because they were starting guys who were hungry and brought energy to the diamond. These vets look uninterested and loaf around like wins will just be handed to them.
