Nate's really worked on his splitter & that's helped him a ton.

hitters aren't expecting a 98mph fastball everytime :lol:

Eovaldi's FIP is 3.30 something. So he's actually not as bad as the 4.32

But yeah his RS is ridiculous.



It's like Hiroki Kuroda. Dude ended with a .500 career W/L 79-79 when he was a far better pitcher than that year in and year out. He had horrible run support from Dodgers & Yankees. Even if they scored a lot of runs that year, they figured out a way every 5 days to put up 0s and 1s and 2s for Hiroki

And that was about the 8th one of the night he screwed the nats on and probably about the 3rd for Harper. I'm sure he got the Mets a few times too. Baseball umpires are the worst
 
Refs in sports except hockey :x

Though the K zone and other TV gimmicks have made their job infinitely harder

I'm not saying he shouldn't be upset or argue the call, just don't act like a melting down toddler

Look it was like 1 in the morning, it might've been past his bedtime.....or he might've had something waiting on him

Can't get thrown out of a game in a series as important as this one. Bad call or not he's gotta be smarter. Too important to that team.

Technically it was like a 12 inning game so it was more than 27 outs.
