Here's my thing on Yost and KC fans...
ALL year they have hated on him. They forget/don't mention when he pulls a good move...(the bunt situation earlier in the game that got KC a run for instance)...
If Ventura would have got out of that inning, everyone rants and raves at how good Ventura is, and no one mentions Yost's good move by bringing him in. But, when Ventura gives up a HR, it's all on Yost, not Ventura.
Ventura has the best arm and is good against lefties...
Sure, he has never pitched in this situation...NO ROYALS PITCHER IN THE LAST 29 YEARS HAS PITCHED IN THAT SITUATION.
