Will never forget my first visit to old Yankee stadium.  It was Joba's first career start and the dip **** Yankee fan sitting in front of me was trying to tell me that Joba was the best young pitcher in the Major Leagues.  And then he lasted like 3 innings.

I just ran to the 7-11 in between innings and a bum approached me and asked me for change.  Before I even had a chance to answer him, HIS FREAKIN CELL PHONE RINGS.  Are you kidding me right now?  Dude had a cell phone?!?  Ridiculous.

yeah i see it all the time. the one that gets me is that you offer them food and they get pissed and demand money. like champ said, so they can support their habit which often got them where they are in the first place. it's why i almost never give homeless people cash. i always offer them food usually.

Same if I have a to go box from the restaurant I'll give it but that's it. Unfortunately the scams have destroyed the credibility of people that could actually use the money and wouldn't abuse.
