you see it one way and I see it another. I never seen fans ridicule McGuire and he said yes I did it sorry and he was back in the good gracious of baseball with a new contract as a hitting coach. **** out of here ... Sammy Manny Bonds and Company are pretty much outcast. Just goes to show the favoritism.

ARod was not the unsung hero in NYC, but more Fans than not have always embraced ARod, not sure why you think otherwise.

:lol: Joking. It pisses me off when people use that to take away from Ruth's greatness. I actually wrote an mini essay on Ruth's relationship with african Americans. Ruth was definitely down for the cause.

Because they're hideous? It's all opinion but those things are a disaster IMO. They're cool on a throwback basis though.

Funny when I tell dudes that Ruth was a pretty good pitcher and they laugh like if I don't know baseball. LoLv

Dude had like 90+ win and a 2.3 era or something. Dude only stopped pitching when he joined the Yankees I believe our very limited.
 
anyone that laughs about Ruth's pitching doesn't know baseball :lol: fun fact when he grew up in the orphanage he use to be a catcher initially and had to take his glove off to throw back to the pitcher since he was al lefty.

Funny how it takes a conference call from JD to get the Rangers (namely Andrus) playing good again... surprisingly our starting pitching hasn't been shabby all year (sans Detwiler)
 
Yankee fans were never big on Alex. I remember his MVP years he had with us and most Yankee fans didn't think it was enough :rofl:

My own family and friends were complaining about him. Callers would call in and piss and moan about Alex. The whole time I'm just sitting there with the Jag fan gif. Guy was great the whole time he was with us until the injuries started. NOW that we don't have Jeter or Mariano, Alex has become the favorite this year. And the Selig and the Yankees treating him like **** also helped him out in NY. I've been a huge Alex fan since his Seattle days. The Alex and Griffey days :smh: :smh: :smh: what a blessing that was to see.

Yankees aren't even selling this guy's jersey
