astros saw something scary in his medicals. needed tommy john. didn't want to release his medicals to the general public so teams were turned off this year (only gm's and high level officials could request them) hence why he fell to 16. i thought he'd slip out of the first round or go to a team with multiple picks so maybe his medicals aren't that dangerous. if he's healthy, it's a steal potentially but who knows.
