I don't need too. It's clearly a bad formula and it's why I and Finnns disagreed with Kluber getting the Cy because of these advanced stats
 
i can't speak for what it means for fielding stats, but it's accurate as hell for pitching and hitting.

you gonna sit here and tell me dan haren is a good pitcher because of his ERA when his advanced stats say he benefits from good defense?

and to be fair, kluber has an awful defense behind him, so what he does, is predicated on skill, not luck like haren for instance.
 
Sad how CC gained that weight back he wasn't "feeling like his old self" and it still hasn't helped

Long ways away from that Brewers-rental run :smh: .

OK and felix had an average at best defense behind him. But these advanced stats had seattle as one of the better defensive teams and so voters chose Kluber

brewers ran him into the ground. surprised he was even as good as he was first half of this contract.
 
Stras looks good so far...I thought I was gonna die earlier, craziest lightning I've ever seen at the ballpark, struck a crane right outside the stadium.
