Maybe MLB can offer reductions for waiving the right to appeal. Maybe they can't. Either way, I don't see how ARod gets more than 100. Anything more is unreasonable, and I'm confident the appeal will conclude the same. Honestly, I don't see how MLB is going to make any suspension over 50 games stick for a first time offense.
