I was gonna say no Glavine or Thomas...but IDK who I'm taking out of those 10 to put those two in.

Trammel would get my sympathetic vote

Well, he did put Schilling twice  out of Glavine and Thomas...I'd vote Thomas. But, that's a biased opinion since he was one of my favorite players growing up. However, the writers will probably see it as 300 wins > 500 homers if they had to choose between the two.

Good job Osh :smh:

I agree, I'd put Thomas over Glavine if it came down to one spot.

But then again, I'm not big on Glavine. There are days I could make an argument for Mussina over Glavine.

Pro you didn't post your thoughts on ellsbury yet did you? didn't see them but wanted to make sure

i'm 100% OK with Bonds getting in. that said, you know it's not happening.

This ballot should be another doozy

Greg Maddux (should be 100% unanimous, won't be, then we'll all laugh as usual)
Tom Glavine
Frank Thomas
Mike Mussina
Jeff Kent

Added to:

Barry Bonds
Roger Clemens
Mark McGwire
Sammy Sosa
Rafael Palmeiro
Craig Biggio
Jack Morris
Mike Piazza
Tim Raines
Alan Trammell
Lee Smith
Curt Schilling

:x wow

Nats stadium is what? 3-4 years old? Just saw that the team gave a proposal to the city to build a roof on the stadium  Joint will cost 300 mil to complete. Taxpayers gonna foot the bill (obviously) if it goes through. You can't make this **** up.

It's 6 years old and about to be 7. A retractable roof would ruin the stadium in my opinion. Pretty sure that Gray already shot it down.

Mike Mussina over Tom Glavine you're crazy Pro.

Greg Maddux & Tom Glavine deserve to be inducted with Maddux getting more than 95 percent so happy for those 2 Braves :pimp:

Schumaker signs with the Cincinnati; I know one Reds fan here must be excited.

I was hoping Skip would fail his physical. :smh:

Now the Reds have contacted Carlos Beltran... good idea two years ago.

Killing me, Walt.

WAR isn't the end all of the discussion of course but it's a decent basis.

Mike Mussina 82.3
Tom Glavine 63.9

baseball reference war has Glavine at 74.0

Tom Glavine is probabaly one of those pitchers who just had the ability to consistently keep his BABIP low for some reason, seeing as how he did for his entire career so fangraphs WAR probabaly underrates him.
