Wong sent down and Grichuk called up for the Cardinals. I grew up playing with and against Grichuk. Dude was launching bombs when we were 9 lol Wish him the best as he starts his major league career.

This is who I turn to first, in regards to all things pitching mechanics. He just got hired by an unnamed Major League team.

"A lack of a sound throwing program with specific prehab exercises probably contributes to both the velocity drop at the beginning of the year (in addition to weather of course) as well as increased risk of injury in the early months of the year."

Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner.

I want to see Steven Souza get regular at bats in LF while Harper is out, but I know Matt Williams will give the majority of the playing time to Nate McLouth.

interested to see jemile weeks with the o's

he just regressed so badly with the a's :x

I was obsessed with pitching mechanics for a while, I don't know if anyone remembers this, it used to be one of my pet issues like steroids or ncaa amtuerism.

I remember that, I remember asking you if Marmol would survive based on his mechanics, and you had gifs and **** that you broke out, showing he would be ok. And for the most part, he has been.

His issues were more release point, and mental than anything else.

but as obtuse as I was about it at the time, there are obviously more factors than just mechanics that influence injures.

I thought Chris Sales arm would have burst into flames by now.

Hey SneakerProSr. SneakerProSr. ,

If the Rangers lose to the A's tonight, Yu Darvish will be 0-7 in his last 8 starts against the A's.

Just want to make sure you're aware.

I hit up Steiner sports cuz I saw they're doing a private autograph show with jeter. I asked how much to get something signed, $600 :wow: :wow:

I swear, everytime I turn to the Padres game, I see Mark Sweeney and another dude in a living room just chatting it up. It's always weird.
