The only bright spot I have on the 2011 Cubs, Starlin Castro needs a few runs in the final 3 weeks, with 1 homer and 1 triple to go 200 hits, 100 runs, 30 doubles, 10 triples, 10 homers, 20 steals, 60 rbi, and a .300 average for the season.

We're about a year away from getting out from under Z, Sori, Aramis, and possibly Dempster and then we flat out start from scratch all over again.  Star will be about 23 or so when we begin rebuilding fresh with no billion dollar contracts holdin us back.  Well, that is until we sign Albert to a 300 million dollar deal in a few months.

No but I just sent something to a guy asking for a Dolphins Blog writer off of Twitter.  Have no idea what the hell that is, but I'd give it a shot if he asked.

i saw that the 2012 schedules were released today... i'm now working on the logistics for a road trip next summer.  i want to see as many games and different ball parks as possible.  if the money and schedules allow it...

Louisville -> St. Louis
St. Louis -> Kansas City
Kansas City -> Minnesota
Minnesota -> Milwaukee
Milwaukee -> Chicago
Chicago -> Detroit
Detroit -> Cleveland
Cleveland -> Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh -> Philadelphia
Philadelphia -> Baltimore
Baltimore -> D.C.
D.C. -> Cincinnaiti

see, i could go to PNC anytime i wanted to... the bro in law is from there and that's where his peeps stay, so it's not a big deal if i can't fit Pittsburgh in the trip.  i really doubt i can find a time frame in which each of those teams all have home games consecutively.  ideally, i'd like to see the Reds a few times, and hit the Cubs for a day game and the White Sox later that night in Chicago.

Well the Chicago one shouldn't be that hard, Cubs always play day games on Friday so if it doesn't run too long I'm sure you'd be able to make it to the White Sox game by the time it's ready to start.

I don't like the timing of Prince's comments. With that being said, I could most likely see him ending up in DC or Baltimore. Cubs always have a small chance and St. Louis is another dark horse if Albert leaves for big money elsewhere.

Amazing write-up on Logan Morrison...it's a long read, but worth it.

Logan Morrison

Morrison is another guy I'd love to have on the O's....he'll have a lot of suitors if the Marlins are looking (and probably will be) to move him.

Oh yea...if Prince Fielder lands on the Nats

  They're doing some great things in DC....makes me wonder if I should have jumped ship w. some of the "other" O's fans when DC got baseball again

Nah...I'll stick to the O's....they'll get it right one day....

This is on my bucket list. I must do this, but for all teams/stadiums.
