They traded their top prospect for Smamaaradjia who they will most likely not be able to sign.
Trading your middle-of-the-order bat and your top prospect for two guys who will not be re-signed is definitely going all-in. Don't understand why people keep trying to argue against it.

Shark is signed through next year, you're wrong about him leaving for nothing. More likely he is flipped for parts.

I wondered this myself. If he's closer to the line that ball rockets to him for an easy throw out at first, if it finds its way through the hole Colon still wouldn't have scored and we might be in the 18th or 19th inning right now.
