I wish I were in St. Louis right now to buy these hats. I am not sure if Lids in Los Angeles will have these hats. I refuse to order a hat online because sizing for New Era is horrendous.

if you go to lids, i think they can put the patch on for you if you can get one online and already have a hat.
I went to lids the other day and they had one with a squirrell patched on the side of it

Great series so far. First two games at Busch played like true NL ballgames, but I fully expect the offense to open up in such a hitter's park like Arlington.
I'm still shocked Washington had the stones to send Kinsler on Yadi in the ninth of Game 2. Bold call paid off.

In my opinion Game 3 is really a toss-up and comes down to the SP match-up. I want to give a slight advantage to Harrison because Lohse has been so Jekyll and Hyde all season long. Plus Lohse hasn't been as effective away from home. He's not really a ground ball pitcher and the ball could travel on him with Texas' vaunted lineup.

The statistics highlight the importance of Game 3 in World Series, ESPN reported something like 77%-81% (not certain on the exact number) winners of the third game eventually go on to win the series. With that being said, I predict the Cards overcoming a mediocre start from Lohse to secure a 6-5 win. I think STL's bullpen will come through clutch yet again and Albert's bat should come alive tonight in Arlington.

Has there been any documentation to the idea that Wash called the steal and Kinsler didnt go on his own?  Very curious about this.

I went to my local Lids today and wouldn't you know they aren't getting them. I am about to order 10 in each color online and find the perfect fit and return them to refund the rest.

just try on a regular hat, then order it online.

it fits exactly the same for me, the patch doesnt really change the sizing.

I actually buy a lot of hats and am very particular of the fit. When I normally purchase a hat in store I have to try at least 5 different 7 3/8's just to get the fit I want. If New Era's hats were all made the same exact way I wouldn't have an issue just ordering my size and calling it a day.

This is C.J. Wilson's big money game to showcase to Texas, the Yanks, and Boston what he's truly made of under pressure. It's well-documented Wilson hasn't pitched well in the playoffs and a big win in tonight's Game 5 "swing game" could pay major dividends for his long-term future.
Ron Washington and Mike Maddux, please pitch around Albert if you want to go back to St. Louis up 3-2 in the series.

Someone has to get hot with that bat tonight for the Rangers whether it be Cruz, Napoli, Beltre, Young, or Hamilton. Doesn't matter who.

It's inextricably linked, Pro. Whether you like it or not, the truth is C.J.'s performance tonight goes far beyond winning Game 5 or Texas winning the series. It makes it easier for the NYY to give Wilson a big five or six-year contract if he pitches well tonight in a high pressure situation.
If the Rangers pitch Albert like they did his first at-bat, he's going to make them pay eventually.

I know man but that doesn't mean I like hearing it

I just don't wanna shell out another $100mm contract for someone who probably doesn't deserve it.
